Abstract:
本发明提供一种品质更加稳定、高品质的氧化钽或氧化铌粉末。该高品质的氧化钽或氧化铌粉末为L*a*b*表色系统中L*值在97以上、100以下的亮度极高的氧化钽或氧化铌粉末。这样的粉末杂质含量少、具有稳定的5价氧化物形态。另外，为了制造上述亮度极高的氧化钽或氧化铌粉末，在制造过程工序中的焙烧时及焙烧后的高温时，充分提供氧给焙烧品。
