The present invention discloses a polyglycolic acid resin particle composition comprising a mixture of a first polyglycolic acid particle and a second polyglycolic acid particle, wherein each of the first and second polyglycolic acid particles has a moisture content of 110 ppm or less and the ratio between a melt viscosity of the first polyglycolic acid particle and that of the second polyglycolic acid particle (i.e., measurement values at measured at a temperature of 270 DEG C and a shear rate of 121 sec<-1>, hereinafter) falls within the range exceeding 1 and not larger than 10. After polymerization, the first and second polyglycolic acid particles may cause any change in properties particularly before a molding process (e.g., during storage) or during the molding process. However, by adequately determining the blending ratio between the two particles with taking the melt viscosities thereof into consideration, it becomes possible to provide a polyglycolic acid resin particle composition which has a stable melt molding property and can be used as a raw material for various molding.
