Abstract:
电化学电容器用负极具有使用了能够可逆地吸藏、释放锂离子的材料的电极层。该负极的预处理方法具有：通过气相法或液相法在基板上形成锂层的步骤；以及将该锂层转印到负极的电极层的表面的步骤。
Abstract(English):

An electrochemical capacitor negative electrode has an electrode layer using a material which can reversibly store and discharge lithium ions. A method for pretreating such negative electrode is provided with a step of forming a lithium layer on a substrate by a vapor phase method or a liquid phase method, and a step of transferring the lithium layer to the surface of an electrode layer of the negative electrode.
