Abstract:
本发明提供一种Li-Ni类复合氧化物颗粒粉末，其含有Mn、Co和/或Al，Co、Al均匀地分散于颗粒内部，Mn的浓度在颗粒的半径方向具有浓度梯度，并且相对于颗粒的中心部，颗粒表面的Mn的浓度高。该Li-Ni类复合氧化物颗粒粉末，能够对含Co和/或Al的Li-Ni类氧化物机械地粘附含Mn且含Co和/或Al的氧化物以及氢氧化物后，以400℃以上1000℃以下的温度进行热处理而得到。本发明的Li-Ni类复合氧化物的热稳定性及碱度得到改良。
