The invention discloses a method for manufacturing generators and electric motors by using ferromagnetic materials and paramagnetic materials, which comprises the following steps of: fixedly connecting a ferromagnetic core or a permanent magnet core in a cavity of a case; installing a permanent magnet or an electromagnet in the skeleton center of the ferromagnetic core or the permanent magnet core to manufacture a rotor; and winding a stator coil made of the ferromagnetic materials and the paramagnetic materials around the skeleton of the electromagnet core or the permanent magnet core. The selected ferromagnetic materials and paramagnetic materials of the coil of the electromagnet core skeleton comprise pure iron, nickel, iron-carbon alloy, iron-silicon alloy, iron-cobalt alloy, iron-nickel alloy, iron-nickel-manganese alloy, iron-aluminum alloy, iron-silicon-aluminum alloy, iron-cobalt-nickel alloy and iron and rare earth element alloy materials or ferrite materials. The yield of various generators and the output power of electric motors can be increased by more than 30%, the material cost is reduced by more than 70%, and the power consumption of electromagnets is reduced by more than 50%. The method is widely applied to common generators and electric motors, various vehicle and vessel motors and wind driven generators.
