Abstract:
本发明属于农业生物技术领域，涉及基于基因沉默技术的灰飞虱致死基因片段Chitinase及其dsRNA。本专利发明就是利用实验室改进的dsRNA喂食法从灰飞虱中筛选出经干扰后能够导致灰飞虱死亡的序列如SEQ ID NO.1所示的灰飞虱致死基因片段Chitinase，利用该基因片段的dsRNA喂养灰飞虱，可使灰飞虱的校正死亡率可达65％以上，为建立利用RNA干扰技术控制害虫的新策略提供序列和数据基础。
