Abstract:
在与B、N、Mn、S、及Se的含量对应的规定的温度范围内对硅钢原材料进行加热(步骤S1)、进行热轧(步骤S2)。并且，热轧的精轧的结束温度Tf在与B的含量对应的规定的温度范围内进行。通过这些处理，使规定量的BN与MnS和/或MnSe复合析出。
