Abstract:
本发明公开了一种丝杆同心度检测方法，包括：1)将芯棒的头部插入丝杆的轴头中的内六角孔定位好，2)在丝杆的轴肩上安装轴承，通过轴承将丝杆定位在水平板上的V形块上，3)使用百分表测试圆柱棒尾部相对轴承的跳动，这样将丝杆的轴头中的内六角孔转化成芯棒和圆柱棒，通过检测圆柱棒相对轴承的跳动来确定内六角孔相对轴肩的同心度，结构简单、操作方便、精确可靠。
