Abstract:
本发明涉及一种特异性检测转基因大豆DP-356043的标准质粒分子及其应用，构建了适用于转基因DP-356043品系特异性检测的标准质粒分子，其包含转基因大豆DP-356043的品系特异性序列和大豆内源标准基因Lectin的特异性片段，对所述的标准质粒分子在转基因大豆PCR检测中的适用性进行了验证表明，所述的标准质粒分子高度特异于转基因大豆DP-356043品系的检测。
