本发明提供不损害粘合性能、抗静电性能优异、对玻璃板的粘附性优异、且对被粘物返工性也优异的含有抗静电剂的粘合剂组合物和使用其的粘合膜。含有抗静电剂的粘合剂组合物，其以(甲基)丙烯酸类聚合物作为主要成分，作为上述抗静电剂，其含有式1所示的离子化合物，该离子化合物具有有机阳离子，所述有机阳离子包含含有可水解的硅的基团。[化学式1]Z+X- (式1)；（只是，在式1中，Z+表示阳离子，X-表示阴离子。)
