Abstract:
本发明公开了一种粘合橡胶与陶瓷的粘合剂，按照质量百分比由以下原料组成：聚醋乙烯酯：13%-15%，硅酸钠：2%-5%，聚乙烯醇缩丁醛：10%-13%，聚乙二醇-400：1%-2%，邻苯二甲酸二丁酯：5%-6%，异丙醇：10%-14%，铝酸钠：6%-8%；甲基乙烯基硅橡胶：12%-16%，乙酸乙酯：10%-15%，余量为甲苯，以上组分的质量百分比总和为100%。粘合剂稳定性好、透明度高、粘度大，且降低了成本。可以对木材、金属、塑料进行粘合。
Abstract(English):

The invention discloses an adhesive for adhering rubber and ceramic. The adhesive comprises the following raw materials by mass percent: 13%-15% of polyvinyl acetate, 2%-5% of sodium silicate, 10%-13% of polyvinyl butyral, 1%-2% of polyethyleneglycol-400, 5%-6% of dibutlyl phthalate, 10%-14% of isopropyl alcohol, 6%-8% of sodium aluminate, 12%-16% of methyl vinyl silicone rubber, 10%-15% of ethyl acetate and toluene in balancing amount. The sum mass percent of the components is 100%. The adhesive has good stability, high transparency and high viscosity, is lower in cost and can be used for adhering wood, metal and plastic.
