本发明提供与以往相比可提高产率和能力，进一步小型化、省电力化的PAS式的氮气制造方法、气体分离方法和氮气制造装置。本发明提供的氮气制造方法为通过PSA方式由原料气体制造氮气的方法，其特征在于，通过填充在与填充第一吸附剂的两个主吸附槽(4，5)连接的管道上设置的副吸附槽(6)中的第二吸附剂(15)，降低从处于均压降压工序的主吸附槽导出的回收气体中的氧浓度并将所述气体导入到处于均压升压工序的主吸附槽。
