The invention discloses automatic integrated equipment for polishing and perforation of a glass cover. The automatic integrated equipment comprises: a rotary polishing machine, wherein a turntable is arranged on the rotary polishing machine; a plurality of stations are arranged on the turntable, including a product placing station, a product positioning station, a polishing station, a perforating station, a hole polishing station and a product fetching station all connected end to end in this order; each station is connected to the turntable through a rotation mechanism and a movable bracket device is arranged on the rotation mechanism of each station; a guide positioning device which is arranged above the movable bracket device at the product positioning station; a bed die supporting device which is arranged at the bottom of the movable bracket device at the perforating station; a perforating device which is arranged above the movable bracket device at the perforating station; a hole polishing device which is arranged at the hole polishing station and corresponds to the central position of the movable bracket device; and product ejecting devices which are arranged at the product placing station and the product fetching station, respectively. The automatic integrated equipment improves the quality of finished product of polishing and perforation of the glass cover and also improves the labor efficiency.
