Abstract:
本发明公开了一种强化石煤钒矿浓酸熟化浸出的方法，包括以下步骤：先对石煤钒矿进行破碎细磨；向所得的矿粉中加入水和浓硫酸拌匀；将拌和料进行高温熟化，高温熟化过程中控制水分的蒸发量为其加入量的30%～90%；将得到的熟料在常温常压下用水浸出，经液固分离后得到含钒浸出溶液和浸出渣。本发明具有工艺流程简单、节能降耗、操作方便、绿色环保、钒浸出率高、酸耗量低等优点。
