The tobacco scraps with the diameter ranging from 0.38 mm to 1mm are used for replacement and account for 5-10 percent of the weight of reconstituted tobacco raw materials; water is removed through a centrifugal extruding-dried machine and a presser, the tobacco fiber part enters the pulping procedure, and the extracting solution is centrifuged and cleaned and enters the concentration procedure; the tobacco fiber part and fiber produced after the tobacco stem raw materials are extracted are mixed for pulping together, a certain proportion of additional fiber is added, the reconstituted tobacco base pieces are formed by manufacturing paper with pulp, after necessary auxiliary materials are added into the mixture of the concentrated extraction solution and the tobacco stem concentrated solution, the base pieces are coated, and the reconstituted tobacco is prepared through drying, piece beating and packaging after coating. According to the application of the tobacco scrap raw materials with the diameter being smaller than 1 mm in the reconstituted tobacco production, the technology is stable, the sensory evaluation quality and the convention chemical index of the prepared reconstituted tobacco meet the requirements for original product designing.
