非调质高强度焊接结构用钢及其生产工艺

本发明公开了一种屈强比≤0.80的非调质高强度焊接结构用钢,以质量分数计,它包含如下化学成分:0.02~0.06%C,0.10~0.28%Si,2.50~3.50%Mn,P≤0.005%,S≤0.002%,0.05~0.30%Mo,0.05~0.25%Cr,0.05~0.25%Cu,0.10~0.40%Ni,0.030~0.080%Nb,0.030~0.10%V,0.005~0.020%Ti,0.010~0.050%Als,0.0005~0.0060%Ca,0.0005~0.0060%Mg,10~50×10~4%[N],10~20×10?4%[O],余量为Fe及不可避免的杂质;其中,6C+Mn=2.8~3.7;Mo+2Cr+2Cu=0.65~0.80%;(Ca+Mg)/[O]=2.5~6.5;Pcm=C+Si/30+(Mn+Cu+Cr)/20+Ni/60+Mo/15+V/10+5B≤0.25%。本发明还提供了一种屈强比≤0.80的非调质高强度焊接结构用钢的生产工艺。利用本发明工艺生产的钢综合性能优异,无需进行复杂的调质热处理工序,克服了调质钢板屈强比高、焊接性能差等缺点,具有成本低廉,制造工序简单,生产周期短等优点。
