The invention relates to a high-power fiber passive set comprising a high-power fiber head, a high-power fiber collimator, a high-power fiber isolator and a high-power frequency-domain combiner. The high-power fiber head is composed of N (greater than or equal to 1) optical fibers, a glass sheet, a shell, matching liquid and a matching liquid circulator; end axes of the N fibers are parallelly adhered together and penetrate a hole of the shell to be hermetically disposed in the shell; the end faces of the N fibers are ground into planes, and a normal of each plane and each fiber axis form a certain included angle; the glass sheet is hermetically fixed to the shell, and the part, intersecting with the fiber axes, of the glass sheet is provided with a hole; the matching liquid is disposed in an area in the shell between the fiber ends and the glass sheet; the matching liquid circulator is filled with the matching liquid and is located outside the shell; the matching liquid circulator allows circulation with the matching liquid in the shell through a hole, close to the matching liquid area, of the shell. The invention further provides a solution to treating the fiber ends with high-power damage, and the high-power fiber head, collimator, isolator and frequency-domain combiner based on the solution; meanwhile, manufacturing cost of the devices is lowered.
