The invention relates to a waveform regulating device of an enclosed compact impulse voltage generator. An inflation hole is formed in a sealed insulation housing of the waveform regulating device; the top end of an upper umbrella skirt insulator is fixedly connected with the top end of the sealed insulation housing; the bottom end of a lower umbrella skirt insulator is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the sealed insulation housing; an inter-resistor insulation support frame is fixedly connected between the upper umbrella skirt insulator and the lower umbrella skirt insulator; a sectional noninductive wavefront resistor is fixed at the upper part of the inter-resistor insulation support frame; a half peak resistor is fixed at the lower part of the inter-resistor insulation support frame; one end of the sectional noninductive wavefront resistor is connected with one end of the half peak resistor and then led out; three leading-out terminals are sequentially arranged on the sectional noninductive wavefront resistor and connected with different corresponding positions in a position switch via lead wires; a leading-out position of the position switch is connected by a lead wire and then led out; and the other end of the half peak resistor is connected with a ground point of the sealed insulation housing. The device solves the problem that a waveform of a compact impact testing device cannot be regulated at present.
