The massage guiding device includes: a main body (1); and an image recognition unit (2) and a projection unit (3) which are disposed on the main body (1). The image recognition unit (2) is configured to obtain an image of a person being massaged and determine massage information based on the image of the person being massaged. The projection unit (3) is configured to emit visible light according to the massage information as determined by the image recognition unit (2) so as to display the massage information on a body of the person being massaged. The massage guiding device is applicable in a massage process to solve the problems that unprofessional massagers cannot achieve desired massage effect due to lacking of massage information or due to incorrect massage information.
