A device for forming a handle-equipped container comprises: a transport section (150) which is provided with a transport line (151), the transport line (151) alternately transporting first transport jigs (152) which support preforms and second transport jigs (153) which hold handles (20) for containers, the transport section (150) transporting the preforms (200) and the handles (20) for containers to a blow-forming section (140) along the transport line (151); and a supply section (160) which lowers the handles (20) for containers while the handles (20) for containers are inverted and which supplies the handles (20) for containers to the second transport jigs (153). The second transport jigs (153) are each configured so as to support a pair of facing side surfaces of each of at least the handles (20) for containers.
