本发明涉及一组中华绒螯蟹微孢子虫检测的PCR引物及其试剂盒。所述引物包括上游引物Q2F和下游引物Q2R，上游引物的核苷酸序列如SEQ ID NO.1所示，下游引物的核苷酸序列如SEQ ID NO.2所示。本发明还提供一种中华绒螯蟹微孢子虫PCR检测的试剂盒。通过本发明公开的内容，可以大批量快速鉴定中华绒螯蟹感染微孢子虫的情况，且检测所需样品量大大减少，同时检测精准度有很大提高，对生产实际中的中华绒螯蟹微孢子虫疫情的综合防控具有重要意义。
Abstract(English):

The invention relates to a PCR primer set and kit for detecting microsporidium of eriocheir sinensis. The primer set comprises an upstream primer Q2F and a downstream primer Q2R. The nucleotide sequence of the upstream primer is shown as SEQ ID NO.1, and the nucleotide sequence of the downstream primer is shown as SEQ ID NO.2. The invention further provides the kit for detecting the microsporidium of the eriocheir sinensis. By means of the PCR primer set and kit, the microsporidium infection condition of a large batch of eriocheir sinensis can be rapidly identified, and the number of required samples is greatly decreased; meanwhile, detecting accuracy is greatly improved, and the PCR primer set and kit are of great significance in comprehensive control over the eriocheir sinensis microsporidium epidemic situation in practical production.
