The invention discloses a shore-based power supply controller. The shore-based power supply controller comprises a controller housing. A transparent observing window is arranged on the front surface of the controller housing, and a clamping groove is formed in the back surface of the controller housing. The controller housing is internally and fixedly provided with a controller base plate and a controller upper plate. The controller base plate comprises two terminal strips providing external interfaces, two connection female headers connected with the controller upper plate, a pair of optical fiber transmit-receive devices connected with a background monitoring system, a group of optical coupler chips collecting state signals in a shore power socket box, and an S485 chip used for realizing communication with an electric energy meter in the shore power socket box. The controller upper plate comprises two connection pin headers connected with the controller base plate, a controller power supply state indicating lamp and a main control unit. The shore-based power supply controller has the advantages that: firstly, a monitoring function of the background shore power monitoring system over the operation and electricity consumption states of the shore power socket box is realized; secondly, the real-time performance is high, the safety risk of shore power equipment can be discovered in time; and thirdly, the shore-based power supply controller is reasonable in structure design, is convenient and practical and is firmly fixed.
