The invention discloses an electrical coming-out method of a multifunctional proofing and grounding handcart for a centrally installed switchgear. The method comprises the following steps: setting a grounding switch in an opening position, connecting a travel switch S1 to set a handcart in a working position, connecting a travel switch S8, pressing down a button SB4 coming-out button to electrify the coil of a contactor KM4, connecting the main contact of the contactor, and switching with the power supply of a motor in coming-in to electrify the motor M2; and starting to rock the handcart out of the switchgear, releasing SB4, self-keeping the contactor by virtue of the auxiliary contact of the KM4, disconnecting the travel switch S8 when the handcart reaches the test position, dropping out the coil of the contactor KM4, disconnecting the main contact, and stopping work of the motor M2 to complete the coming-out operation. The method is convenient and safe to operate.
