A lightning arrester and a cable terminal are fixed on the branch bracket of the electrical support device, so that the lightning arrester and the cable terminal are arranged at the same height position; a support component between the electrical support device and a telegraph pole does not affect the arrangement position between the lightning arrester and the cable terminal when position arrangement of the lightning arrester and the cable terminal is carried out; the distance between the lightning arrester and the cable terminal can be strictly arranged according to the creepage distance; and the relative distance between the lightning arrester and the cable terminal is shortened, namely a lead wire between the cable terminal and the lightning arrester is shortened.
