The clapping device comprises a palm part and a handle part and is characterized by further comprising a flashlight, wherein the flashlight comprises a tube, a lamp holder, a rear cap, a battery and a power switch; a round concave hole is formed in the lower end of the handle part; a cylinder matched with the round concave hole is formed in the middle part of the upper end of the rear cap; the cylinder is inserted into the round concave hole upwards and is adhered and fixed by a strong adhesive.
