Abstract:
本发明公开了一种方法和电梯系统(10)，其中乘客使用个人终端设备(20)给出电梯呼叫。基于电梯呼叫向乘客分配电梯轿厢(10aa，110bb)，计算从给出呼叫的时刻到所分配的电梯轿厢的门将在呼叫给出的楼层上关闭的时刻的最大时间。所述最大时间被传送到乘客的终端设备(20)用于在终端设备上呈现给乘客。
Abstract(English):

The present invention discloses a method and an elevator system (10), in which a passenger gives elevator calls with a personal terminal device (20). An elevator car (10aa, l10bb) is allocated to the passenger on the basis of an elevator call, the maximum time from the moment of giving the call to the moment the doors of the allocated elevator car will close on the call-giving floor is calculated. The aforementioned maximum time is sent to the terminal device (20) of the passenger for being presented to the passenger on the terminal device.
