The invention provides an alligator clip steel rope buckle used for detection of a concrete pole. A primary steel rope is adopted and the two ends are bent into a circle respectively. A segment of secondary steel rope is fixedly connected at the external side of each of the two circles, and an alligator clip is fixedly connected at the end head of the secondary steel rope.
