A stereo display panel is disclosed. The stereo display panel has: a collimated light display structure having first and second display regions configured to display left-eye and right-eye images respectively; and a light-redirecting structure disposed on a light exit surface of the collimated light display structure. The light-redirecting structure has a first portion and a second portion to deflect collimated light beams exiting from the first and second display regions towards predetermined left-eye viewing position and right-eye viewing position respectively, such that left-eye and right-eye virtual images seen by left and right eyes are located at a light incidence side of the collimated light display structure. A stereo display device having the stereo display panel is also disclosed.
