The invention discloses a verification method and device for input loops of a secondary circuit of a transformation station protector. The verification method comprises a configuration step in which the input loops are grouped according to functions, optical coupler isolating components are connected to the groups of loops in series respectively, first ends of isolation loops in the secondary side of optical coupler isolating components include a common end, and secondary ends of the loops include monitoring terminals; a monitoring step in which a relay protection experimental instrument applies specific current and voltage signals to the protector, level signals generated by a signal generator are sent to the common end, and analog signals triggered in the monitoring terminals are monitored at the same time; and a display step in which ON/OFF states of multiple loops in one group are displayed in real time in a visible interface in the verification process. According to the verification method and device, verification for multiple loops in one group can be completed by only adding external signals to the loops gradually, the verification efficiency is improved greatly, a verification result is visualized, and the reliability of the verification result is improved.
