The invention discloses a dimming control device, which comprises a rectifier and filter circuit, wherein the rectifier and filter circuit is connected with a power converter and a start/control device separately; the start/control device is connected with the power converter and an output current sampling/feedback circuit separately; and the output current sampling/feedback circuit is connected with a diming circuit of 0-10V. The invention further discloses an implementation method of the dimming control device. The dimming control device has the characteristics of being simple in structure, low in cost, easy to implement and good in dimming effect.
