The outer peripheries of the first paper plate and the second paper plate are provided with mounting frames which are provided with pressing plates on the inner walls thereof. The first paper plate and the second paper plate are each provided with an adhering paper thereon. The four edges of one adhering paper are arranged under the pressing plates. The adhering paper is provided with a plurality of stripe-shaped adhering layers thereon. Each adhering layer is provided with a protective layer thereon. The structure can put cable core number heads, labels, and cable plates in the secondary maintenance of the power transformation into uniform management in a clear and ordered manner, such that workers can have a clear look in the process of maintenance and reduce mistakes by preventing cable core number heads, labels, and cable plates from being lost or mixed. Also, the site where secondary maintenance is conducted can be more tidy and regulated, thus increasing the efficiency of secondary maintenance.
