Abstract:
提供一种移动通信系统、通信控制装置、移动管理实体以及移动通信方法，能够避免在移动台连接到VPLMN的情况下在经由IMS的语音通信中失败。HSS(100)判定在VPLMN中经由IMS(500)的语音通信的漫游是否得到支持，将包含作为表示该漫游是否得到支持的指示符的支持语音(voice supported)或者不支持语音(voice no supported)的信号发送给MME(300)。MME(300)从HSS(100)接收该指示符，将对于从UE(20)向VPLMN的附接请求(Attach Request)的附接接受(Attach Accept)发送给UE(20)。MME(300)基于从HSS(100)接收到的指示符，将包含表示漫游是否得到支持的指示符的附接接受(Attach Accept)发送给UE(20)。
Abstract(English):

Provided are a mobile communication system, a communication control device, a mobile management entity, and a mobile communication method which are capable of avoiding failures in voice communication via IMS in cases when a mobile station is connected to a VPLMN. A HSS 100 determines whether roaming of voice communication via IMS 500 is supported on a VPLMN, and transmits, to an MME 300, a signal including the indicator "voice supported" or the indicator "voice not supported" which indicate whether said roaming is supported. The MME 300 receives the indicator from the HSS 100, and transmits, to a UE 20, an "Attach Accept" for an "Attach Request" from the UE 20 to the VPLMN. The MME 300 transmits, to the UE 20, the "Attach Accept" including an indicator indicating whether the roaming is supported, on the basis of the indicator received from the HSS 100.
