In this technical feature, the alternative transmission configuration sent to the receive end is an alternative transmission configuration corresponding to the selected first CQI. The technical feature can overcome disadvantages of relatively low accuracy of a signal obtained through demodulation by the receive end and relatively high feedback overheads in a signal transmission process. Therefore, the present invention can overcome the disadvantages of relatively low accuracy of a signal obtained through demodulation by the receive end and relatively high feedback overheads in the signal transmission process.
