The invention provides a full-automatic silk spinning production process which comprises the following specific steps of: firstly, pre-treating raw materials; feeding the raw materials into production equipment through a roller; combing the bottom or top of a silk sliver through a bottom surface combing roller and a top surface combing roller; replacing the cotton combing roller when the combing roller is saturated; and primarily processing the combed cotton to obtain a finished product. Compared with a conventional process, the production process provided by the invention is short in process course, and a comb cylinder is reduced, so that the number of devices is small, the degree of automation is high, part of devices is designed and is only improved, and therefore, the productivity is greatly increased and the human cost is lowered.
