The device comprises an upright steel tube, and is characterized in that a bottom flange is arranged at the bottom of the upright steel tube; a crawling ladder and a cable are arranged along the upright steel tube; a protective tube is wrapped outside the cable; the protective tube is fixed through protective tube fixed supports; the cable is fixed through cable fixed supports; the protective tube fixed supports and the cable fixed supports are installed on the upright steel tube respectively, and the cable fixed supports are positioned above the protective tube fixed supports; a horizontal supporting component is installed on the top of the upright steel tube; a cable head support plate is installed on one side of the horizontal supporting component, and a supporting insulator is arranged on the other side of the horizontal supporting component. The device is simple, compact and reasonable in structure, convenient for outdoor construction and installation, small in occupied space, low in cost, little in influence on an original circuit and short in interruption duration, has relatively high safety and economy, and can be widely applied to expansion and extension of the outdoor cable terminal station.
