The invention discloses a processing method of a refreshment paper handkerchief. A binder, having specific aromatic function, is smeared on the surface of the paper handkerchief in a mutual hot-presslamination manner, so that embarrassment of paper separation during use of the paper handkerchief can be avoided. By adding sugarcane pump and polyester fiber to a wood pulp layer, toughness and tensile strength are enhanced, so that the paper handkerchief is not liable to break and has good processability. Perfumes, extracted from plants, are preserved well by being immobilized into spheres withchitosan and CaCl2; in addition, by combination of chitosan, polyvinyl alcohol and polylactic acid, the binder has no influence on softness and smoothness of the paper handkerchief after hot press drying, and the perfumes have long fragrance holding time and the fragrance is not liable to disappear. The paper handkerchief also has effect of refreshing spirit, improving inhalation of oxygen by human body and engendering vigorous energy. The processing method is simple in operation, is low in cost, can be promoted to large range, and has great market benefit.
