The invention discloses a portable and labor-saving cable trench cover removal device which comprises a four-wheel trolley with a frame, two standing type sliding rail seats and a transverse sliding rail, wherein the two standing type sliding rail seats are arranged on the left side and the right side of the frame side by side, and the transverse sliding rail is connected with slideways of the twostanding type sliding rail seats in a sliding mode.
