The invention discloses a method for identifying parameters of a static reactive power compensation model, which comprises the following steps of establishing a mathematical model of the static reactive power compensator model to determine parameters to be identified; according to the local sensitivity analysis method, calculating the local sensitivity of the parameters to be identified by takingthe reactive power output from the static var compensator as the observed value; according to the chicken flock algorithm, identifying the model parameters of the static var compensator by taking thedifference between the actual output reactive power of the static var compensator and the output reactive power of the model to be identified as the objective function; rejecting the identification result which deviates from the mean value by more than 50%, recalculating the remaining identification result as the final result of the parameters to be identified, and solving the demand problem of the identification method for the parameters of the static reactive power compensation model.
