The invention provides a non-contact temperature measuring device for a smart electric energy meter. The non-contact temperature measuring device for the smart electric energy meter is characterized by comprising a thermopile sensor and a heat sensitive resistor chip; the thermopile sensor is packaged by using a TO-39 metal tube shell; and the heat sensitive resistor chip is built in the tube shell used for the package. The thermopile sensor does not contact the terminal block of the electric energy meter, therefore, the fixing link is reduced; and when the terminal block of the electric energy meter is subjected to vibration or squeezing, the non-contact temperature measuring device for the smart electric energy meter is not affected, and the safety hazards are reduced.
