The invention relates to an intelligent on-line monitoring method and system for labeling of an automatic verification assembly line of an electric energy meter. The intelligent on-line monitoring method comprises the steps of sending a 38kHz carrier signal by a labeling intelligent monitoring terminal infrared correlation sensor, monitoring whether a signal reflected by label paper is received ornot, and judging whether the label paper is pasted or not by analysis and comparison of a microprocessor; noticing a label pasting result to an application server by a ZigBee wireless communication module; and performing integral analysis judgment by the application server combined with a qualified or unqualified state of the label intelligent monitoring terminal which is flexibly preset. By theintelligent on-line monitoring method, intelligent on-line monitoring on whether a labeling unit of the automatic verification assembly line of the electric energy meter is labeled or not can be achieved.
