A result by the handheld equipment is detected to ensure that the configuration information of field downloading is consistent with the configuration information of the archived file in the management and control platform. The consistency guarantee is configured and the CRC check code of the field device is ensured to be consistent with the CRC check code in the configuration consistency guarantee. The consistency of the configuration information of the field downloading and the archived file configuration information in the management and control platform are ensured. According to the invention, the situation that the configuration information of on-site downloading is inconsistent with the configuration information of the archived file of the management and control platform due to omission and errors caused by human reasons can be avoided. The safety and the stabilityof the intelligent substation are improved.
