Abstract:
其SiO2及Bi2O3组成相当于图1 SiO2～Bi2O3二成分系图中点A、B、C、D及E所围成领域的烧结体，以及含有同一组成添加剂的ITO透明导电膜。上述透明导电膜，在以上述烧结体作对靶材，在惰性气体或惰性气体与O2和/或H2所组成的混合气体中进行喷射时，有利于形成。上述烧结体的相对密度高达90％以上，由此形成的透明导电膜在维持高光透过率的同时，还拥有低于2×10-4Ωcm的低电阻率。
