本发明提供一种电池管理装置，其与包含多个单位电池的二次电池连接并对表示二次电池的特性的信息进行处理，所述电池管理装置具备：计算部，其按每个单位电池对所述二次电池的电池特性进行计算；以及记录部，其对由该计算部计算出的每个所述单位电池的电池特性以与识别单位电池的单位电池识别信息以及表示计算出该电池特性的时间的时间信息建立对应的方式进行记录。
