本公开提供一种通话控制方法、装置、电子设备和存储介质，其中，所述方法包括：在处于双连接模式下的终端进行语音通话的过程中，确定所述终端是否存在异常；在确定所述终端存在异常时，通过不影响双连接稳定性的控制方式控制所述终端消除所述异常。从而可以避免因双连接网络不稳定性导致终端的通话质量受到影响，确保语音通话的正常进行。
