460MPa级抗震耐火特厚钢板及其生产方法
摘要:
本发明揭示了一种460MPa级抗震耐火特厚钢板及其生产方法。钢板化学成分:碳,0.06~0.09%;硅,0.2~0.3%;锰,1.45~1.55%;铬,0.3~0.45%;铝,0.02~0.05%;铌,0.025~0.035%;钼,0.2~0.3%;钛,0.01~0.02%;磷<0.013%,硫<0.003%,余量铁和杂质;采用TMCP技术制备而成;其中粗轧期间1~2次水冷,之后中间坯先水冷、再精轧,精轧开轧810℃~830℃;控制冷却中,通过2~3道次水冷至250℃~300℃,相邻两道次水冷之间摆动空冷60s~90s,每道次水冷时冷速在3℃/s~8℃/s。该钢板的成本低且综合性能优异。
