Abstract:
方形二次电池具备：具备正极板以及负极板的电极体；具有开口部且收容电极体的方形的电池壳体；将开口部封口的封口板；在封口板的长边方向端部与正极板或负极板的端边连接的集电体；和设置在封口板的外侧并与集电体连接的外部端子，集电体由在封口板的宽度方向上有厚度的块体构成，在封口板侧的端部设置孔部，集电体经由插入到孔部的连结部与外部端子连接。
