本发明公开了一种热轧700MPa级复相高强耐候钢制备方法,属于热轧钢生产领域,所述高强耐候钢的化学成分,以重量百分比计,包含有:0.06%≤C≤0.09%,0.25%≤Si≤0.40%,1.45%≤Mn≤1.60%,P≤0.020%,S≤0.010%,0.01%≤Al≤0.05%,0.0030%≤N≤0.0060%,0.1%≤Ti≤0.2%,0.04%≤Nb≤0.05%,0.3%≤Cr≤0.5%,0.04%≤Ni≤0.20%,0.25%≤Cu≤0.40%,其余为Fe与不可避免的杂质;其生产方法包括:冶炼、板坯加热、热轧、轧后冷却、卷取和离线冷却。本发明可以有效降低屈服强度和屈强比。
