一种耐高温的CNPU@TEOS水性膨胀型防火涂料的制备方法

本发明公开了一种耐高温的CNPU@TEOS水性膨胀型防火涂料的制备方法,其制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)基料的制备;(2)CNPU纳米杂化材料的制备;(3)CNPU@TEOS纳米杂化材料的制备;(4)耐高温的CNPU@TEOS水性膨胀型防火涂料的制备。将改性CNPU@TEOS纳米杂化材料与水性膨胀型防火涂料相结合,解决了目前水性防火涂料炭层强度低、抗氧化性差和阻燃性能不足的缺陷,所得到的纳米水性防火涂料在高温下形成高强度炭层,能够有效抑制热量传递,起到保护作用。本发明主要用于钢结构火灾防护,在发生火灾时(56)对比文件Min Cao等.Synergetic modification ofgraphitic carbon nitride by Zr-basedmetal-organic framework andtetraethoxysilane for improving fireperformance in composite coatings.《Progress in Organic Coatings》.2023,第183卷Synergetic modification of graphiticcarbon nitride by Zr-based metal-organicframework and tetraethoxysilane forimproving fire performance in compositecoatings.
