Abstract:
本发明的目的是修正振动器的谐振频率与驱动上述振动器使用的矩形波信号的频率的偏移。本发明由发生频率变化的矩形波信号的矩形波信号发生电路(20)；根据上述矩形波信号进行通、断，对振动元件(14)提供驱动电流的MOS晶体管(12)；以及检测上述矩形波发生电路的矩形波信号与振动元件的谐振频率的偏移的频偏检测电路(24)构成，利用由上述频偏检测电路检测出的检测信号调整矩形波发生电路的发生频率的偏移。
