Abstract:
一种长期培养肝细胞的方法，其特征在于在15到30℃下，在培养基中保持新鲜肝细胞1到6天，接着在生理条件下培养。本发明的方法可以长期培养肝细胞而不会引起酶活性或酶诱导活性降低。而且，由于细胞可以在近似于室温的条件下保存1到6天，本发明的方法对于肝细胞分离后长途运输是很有用的。
